Purity Bosson
Founder & Executive Director
Purity is a Certified Career Analyst with Edumilestones, an internationally recognized career-guidance organization. She is also a Certified Senior Human Resources Practitioner (SPHRi) with the HR Certification Institute in the United States and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Professionals Ghana (CIHRM, Ghana). She holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the University of Cape Coast, and a Master of Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Gamey and Gamey ADR Institute.
Beyond her professional roles, Purity actively contributes to youth empowerment and employability development through mentorship, public speaking engagements, and career education initiatives delivered across schools, churches, and community platforms. Earlier in her leadership journey, she also served as Director of Impact Generation, where she supported skills-training initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods and reintegration opportunities for vulnerable people.
Through Impact Careerpoint and its flagship initiatives such as the Impact Job Club, Purity continues to champion access to career information, professional guidance, and opportunity pathways for young people and emerging professionals in Ghana and beyond. Her work is driven by a strong commitment to helping individuals unlock their potential, align their strengths with meaningful career paths, and build sustainable futures.

Esther Dagadu is a goal-oriented professional with a strong interest in Human Resource Management and organizational development. She is passionate about bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical workplace experience.
She brings valuable experience in event coordination, ushering, and voice-over artistry, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Her ability to manage events efficiently, engage diverse audiences, and communicate effectively reflects her professionalism and versatility.
Esther is committed to continuous growth and aims to integrate her HR expertise with her creative and organizational strengths to make a meaningful impact in both corporate and creative spaces.
