What to Expect

Our career coaching sessions are confidential, structured, and results-focused. Each session is tailored to your unique situation — whether you're a fresh graduate, a professional considering a career change, or someone returning to the workforce.

Sessions are conducted online via video call, making it easy to connect from anywhere in Ghana or abroad.

Session Format

  • Initial Discovery Session (60 min) — Understand your background, goals, and challenges
  • Career Assessment & Debrief (45 min) — Review assessment results and identify strengths
  • Action Planning Session (60 min) — Build a concrete, step-by-step career action plan
  • Follow-up Check-in (30 min) — Review progress and adjust your plan as needed

Our Coaches

All IMPACT CAREERPOINT coaches are certified professionals with extensive experience in career development, human resources, and coaching.

  • Certified Career Coaches (CCC) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional HR or coaching experience
  • Trained in career assessment tools (StrengthsFinder, Career Interest Profiles)
  • Ongoing professional development and supervision
  • Specialized knowledge of the Ghanaian and African job market

Session fees start from GHS 150 per session. Packages available for Job Club members.
