The IMPACT CAREERPOINT Mentorship Program will connect ambitious graduates and young professionals with seasoned mentors across a wide range of industries and career paths.
This isn't a generic networking program. We carefully match each mentee with a mentor based on career goals, industry, personality, and learning style — ensuring a meaningful, productive relationship.
The program will run in structured 3-month cohorts, with clear milestones, regular check-ins, and support from the IMPACT CAREERPOINT team throughout.

How the Matching Works
Submit Your Application
Fill out a short application telling us about your career goals, industry interests, and what you're hoping to get from a mentor.
Profile Review
Our team reviews your application and identifies 2–3 potential mentor matches from our vetted network of professionals.
Intro Call
We facilitate a brief intro call between you and your top match to ensure the fit feels right before committing.
Program Kickoff
Once matched, you'll receive a structured program guide with session templates, goal-setting worksheets, and milestone checkpoints.
3-Month Journey
Meet with your mentor bi-weekly for 3 months. Our team checks in monthly to ensure the relationship is on track.
Who Can Apply?
The program will be open to graduates, students in their final year, and young professionals within the first 5 years of their career. We welcome applicants from all industries and backgrounds.
